摘　　要：涉农平台经济是农业分工深化过程中与现代服务业融合发展的重要演化路径,已成为农业产业组织转型与业态创新的重要方向,有以涉农电商平台、现代农业创新服务平台、新型为农综合服务平台、农业产业链服务平台等为核心形成的新兴涉农平台经济模式。涉农平台经济为现代要素进入农业和普通农户进入现代农业产业链提供了载体,在培育农业农村经济新动能、推进农业供给侧结构性改革中发挥着重要作用。涉农平台可作为新型农业服务主体的重要成员,目前存在着定位模糊,真假难辨,层次低、功能弱、同质化、盈利难,监管机制不匹配等问题。需要发挥政策推动、引导、规范作用,甄选适宜主体发展涉农平台经济,建立相匹配的产业政策体系。Agriculture platform economy is an evolution path in the process of integrating agriculture and modem service industry.These include agricultural electronic business platform,agricultural innovation service platform,regional agricultural service platform,agri-cultural chain service platform and other emerging models.The agriculture platforms provide carriers that drive modem elements into ag-riculture and help ordinary farmers participate in agricultural industry chain,play important role in fostering new drivers powering agri-cultural and rural development.Agriculture platforms would be served as important forms of new agri-service operators.There still exist some problems for agriculture platforms,such as position mistiness f difficult to distinguish,low level,weak function,homogenization and difficult profit making,mismatch of regulatory system.So it is necessary to play the role of policies in promoting,guiding and standardizing,select suitable operators,and establish corresponding industrial policy system.
