基于使用后评估的校园景观空间研究——以华侨大学厦门校区为例

摘　　要：使用后评估(POE)作为设计环节的反馈机制,可以为设计方案提供更加科学合理的后期更新改造建议。通过使用后评估的问卷调查、认知地图、行为观察和使用者访谈等调查研究方法对华侨大学厦门校区的校园建筑空间、校园街道空间、校园户外活动空间和校园公共设施等主要的校园景观空间进行分类评估因子的分析评估,从评估结果可以得出,华侨大学厦门校区的各类景观空间均存在一定的问题,通过对四种校园景观空间的评估结果,对该校区提出可行的校园景观更新改造建议。Using POE as a feedback mechanism in design process can provide more scientific and reasonable suggestions for later-stage renewal and transformation of design scheme.By using post evaluation questionnaire,cognitive map,behavior observation and user interview,this paper analyzes and evaluates the classification evaluation factors of building space,street space,outdoor activity space and public facilities in Xiamen campus of Huaqiao University.From the evaluation results,there are some problems in the landscape space of Xiamen campus of Huaqiao University.Through the evaluation of four kinds of campus landscape space,the paper puts forward a feasible suggestion for campus landscape renovation.
