摘　　要：为解决毕业生求职问题、用人单位招聘问题和高校毕业生就业管理问题,文章以互联网为平台,采用Java Web技术,设计了"基于Web的毕业生就业信息管理系统",实现了毕业生、用人单位和高校就业管理之间互通互联,达到了求职信息、招聘信息、就业信息的高效共享,有效节约了毕业生、用人单位和高校毕业生管理部门的人力、物力和财力,提高了毕业生的就业效率、用人单位的招聘效率和高校毕业生就业管理效率,实现了毕业生就业管理的信息化。In order to solve the problem of the graduates'job hunting,the recruitment of employers and the employment management of college graduates,the article uses the Internet as the platform and adopts the Java Web technology to design the“graduate employment information management system based on Web”.The system realized the interconnection between graduates,employers and employment management in colleges and universities.The system has achieved efficient sharing of jobsearching information,recruitment information and employment information.The system effectively saves manpower,material resources and financial resources of graduates,employers and management departments of university graduates.The system has improved the employment efficiency of graduates,the recruitment efficiency of employers,and the efficiency of employment management for university graduates.The system has realized the informationization of graduate employment management.
