摘 要:通过有限元法建立了管道直流磁化的三维模型,分析了励磁状态下铁磁材料的磁特性、缺陷附近材料的磁导率分布特征以及励磁强度、管道厚度、缺陷深度对磁导率分布的影响。结果表明,饱和磁化后缺陷区域的磁导率分布并不均匀,励磁作用下内壁缺陷可引起外表面磁导率的改变,从而揭示了铁磁性管道内部缺陷检出机理,拓展了涡流检测方法的应用范围。A 3D model of DC magnetization pipes was built with finite element method.Meanwhile the ferromagnetic material magnetic properties and the distribution of magnetic permeability around defect areas were analyzed.The effects of magnetization intensity,the thicknesses of the pipes and the depths of the flaws on magnetic permeability distribution were studied.The results show that the magnetic permeability of the defect areas is uneven distributed while saturation magnetized,and the internal defects may even cause the magnetic permeability of exterior surface changing under magnetization.The mechanism of internal defects on the ferromagnetic pipes is revealed,and the applications of the eddy current testing method are expanded.
