摘 要:开发了一种具有较高饱和磁感应强度Bs,并且在MHz频率下仍保持较低功耗Pcv的新型MnZn功率铁氧体,分析了不同频率下材料的损耗机制。与3F4相比,本材料在100℃下,30 mT/1 MHz及10 mT/3 MHz下,Pcv分别为60和115 k W/m^3,低于3F4的135和225 k W/m^3;且本材料Pcv-T(10 mT/3 MHz)曲线平缓,但磁导率偏低;可适用于3 MHz以下频段,促进高频开关电源的小型化。磁谱曲线表明,材料截止频率为8.2 MHz;在3 MHz/10 mT条件下,25、80和120℃的Pcv分别为106、112和116 k W/m^3;25和100℃时,Bs分别为519和453 mT。In this paper,a new MnZn ferrite with high Bs and low power loss at MHz was prepared by ceramic process,and the main origins of core loss at different frequencies were discussed.Compared with 3F4,the developed material has Pcv of 60 and 115 kW/m^3 at 100℃,30 mT/1 MHz and 10 mT/3 MHz,less than 3F4(135 and 225 kW/m^3).This material exhibits lower core loss(3 MHz,10 mT)and smoother Pcv-T curve below 3 MHz.,which is suitable for transformer cores working at high frequencies for miniaturization of switching mode power supplies.The cut frequency fr of the material is 8.2 MHz,the power loss Pcv under 3 MHz and 10 mT is 106,112,116 kW/m^3 at 25,80 and 120℃,respectively,and the saturation magnetic flux density Bs is 519,453 mT at 25,100℃,respectively.
