摘 要:研究了高压LTCF变压器的测试原理与方法,并进行了相应的硬件电路设计与试验验证。该方法基于反激式变换电路,从理想变压器电路出发,推导了高压LTCF变压器输出电压公式,分析了各参量的影响。针对LTCF变压器的大漏感所造成的电压尖峰突出问题,采取增大寄生电容的方式予以抑制。最后,对电科九所生产的高压LTCF变压器进行实际测试,设计了开环电路测试变压器最大输出能力,闭环电路实现了1.2 k V稳定电压输出。The test principle and method for high-voltage LTCF transformer have been researched and the corresponding circuit design and experimental verification have been conducted.The method is based on the flyback converter circuit.According to ideal transformer,output voltage formula of high-voltage LTCF transformer was derived and the influence of the various parameters was analyzed.To solve the problem of voltage spike caused by large leakage inductance of the LTCF transformer,increasing parasitic capacitance was applied.At last,the high–voltage LTCF transformer made by our institute was tested,an open-loop circuit was designed to test the maximum output capacity of the transformer and a closed-loop circuit was designed to achieve 1.2 kV stable voltage output.
