摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定镨钕合金配分量,并对测试结果进行不确定度评定。分析了影响配分量测定结果的各个不确定度分量和灵敏系数,并对其进行计算与合成。最终得到Pr的配分量为29.2%,Nd的配分量为70.6%,扩展不确定度为U=0.9%,k=2,其他元素的扩展不确定度为U=0.01%,k=2。计算结果表明浓度测量重复性和标准曲线拟合时引入的相对不确定度分量较大,含量较高的Pr和Nd元素的测定引入的不确定度为主要影响因素。The relative content of praseodymium-neodymium alloy was measured with ICP-OES,and its determination uncertainty evaluated.The various factors and sensitivity coefficient affecting the uncertainty of the result were analyzed,and its synthesis were calculated.The relative content of praseodymium and neodymium was 29.2%,and 70.6%,respectively,and the expansion uncertainty was(U=0.9%,k=2).The expansion uncertainty of the other elements was(U=0.01%,k=2).The results show that the measurement reproducibility and calibration curve fitting are the larger factors affecting the relative uncertainty.The uncertainty of the determination of praseodymium and neodymium were the main influencing factors.
