摘 要:北矿磁材(阜阳)有限公司建成的大规模(年产6万吨)永磁铁氧体粉体全流程自动化精确控制生产示范线采用"自动化混配料输送系统"进行原料配料、混料和物料输送,可实现精确配料、均匀混料和稳定进料。使用该系统可使原料混料摩尔比标准偏差降低71%,混料准确性提高。同时,产品预烧性能获得提升,且各项预烧磁特性指标的波动幅度变窄,产品性能的稳定性和一致性大幅提升,剩磁Br标准偏差比传统生产方式降低78.87%,内禀矫顽力Hcj标准偏差降低10.44%,磁能积(BH)max标准偏差降低74.85%。The large-scale of 60 000 tons per year permanent magnet ferrite powder manufacturing process of BGRIMM Magnetic Materials(Fuyang)Co.Ltd.has been constructed.The automated compounding and conveying system is adopted in the process precise control demonstration line for raw material ingredients compounding,mixing and material delivery,which can achieve accurate ingredients,uniform mixing and stable feeding.In this system,the accuracy of the mixture can be improved by 71%,the performance of pre-sintered product is promoted,as well as the volatility range of various property parameters of pre-sintered powder is narrow,resulting in great enhancement in the stability and consistency of product property.Compared with the traditional production method,the new system’s standard deviation of remanence Br,intrinsic coercive force Hcj and magnetic energy product(BH)max is reduced by 78.87%,10.44%and 74.85%,respectively.
