摘 要:对低温克劳斯(主要指CBA和CPS)工艺硫磺回收装置目前常用的停产除硫方式进行了介绍。在中国石油西南油气田公司重庆天然气净化总厂某天然气净化厂对低温克劳斯硫磺回收装置的停产除硫方式进行了优化操作试验。试验结果表明,在惰性气体除硫阶段采用逐渐加入过剩氧的方式操作,能够使反应器床层温度升高,在保证催化剂床层除硫彻底和控制尾气中SO2排放速率的前提下缩短除硫时间。In this paper,the current common sulfur removal method of low temperature Claus(CBA and CPS)process sulfur recovery device during shut-down period were introduced.The optimized operation test was carried out on the production of the sulfur removal device of low temperature Claus sulfur recovery unit in Wanzhou Branch of Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant General,PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company.The results showed that the bed temperature of reactor rose after using the operating mode of adding excess oxygen gradually during the desulfuration phase of inert gas.It could shorten the sulfur removal time by the premise of ensuring complete sulfur removal and controlling the SO 2 emission rate in exhaust gas.
