摘  要:Modbus总线协议是工业自动化领域应用最广泛的总线协议之一,并与以太网通信相结合,发展为Modbus-TCP协议,对于本科生"工业控制总线"相关知识的学习尤为重要.研制了可以实现本地总线仪表的Modbus帧组织、地址映射和数据采集,而且与GPRS通信结合,通过Modbus-TCP协议,实现远程无线监控的实验平台.为本科生相关课程的教学提供了实用的实验装置,促进了课程建设的发展.Modbus bus protocol is one of the most widely applied bus protocols in the field of industrial automation.It has developed into Modbus-TCP protocol combined with ethernet communication and is especially important for undergraduates to learn the relevant knowledge of industrial control bus.The experimental platform can realize the Modbus frame organization,register address mapping and data acquisition of the local instrument,and also realize remote wireless monitoring through the Modbus-TCP protocol based on GPRS.This provides a practical experimental device for the teaching of undergraduate,and promotes the development of related courses construction.
