摘 要:利用低温液相法,成功制备出一种ZnO纳米花结构.分别改变溶液的反应温度、pH值、反应时间以及碱的种类等条件进行了一系列对比实验.讨论各实验条件对ZnO产物形貌和结构的影响.结果表明,在pH为8.35,温度为75℃及搅拌时间为12 h的条件下,ZnO纳米花形貌均匀.A ZnO nanoflower structure was successfully prepared by low temperature liquid phase method.A series of comparative tests were carried out to change the pH of the solution,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the type of the base.The effects of various experimental conditions on the morphology and structure of ZnO products were discussed.The results showed that the morphology of ZnO nanoflowers was uniform under pH is 8.35,temperature is 75℃and stirring time is 12 hours.
