摘　　要：党的十九大报告明确提出要建设现代化经济体系,强调指出建设现代化经济体系是跨越关口的迫切要求和我国发展的战略目标,是解决新时代我国社会主要矛盾的客观需要和必然选择,是全面建成小康社会、实现社会主义现代化强国的基本途径。建设现代化经济体系要坚持新发展理念,建设实体经济、科技创新、现代金融、人力资源协同发展的产业体系,构建市场机制有效、微观主体有活力、宏观调控有度的经济体制。实现这一战略目标的举措主要是大力发展实体经济,加快实施创新驱动发展战略,统筹城乡协调发展,积极推进区域协调发展,着力发展开放型经济以及改革和完善社会主义市场经济体制等方面。The 19th CPC National Congress puts forward clearly that it is vital to develop a modernized economy and emphasizes that the construction of a modernized economy is an urgent need for crossing the border and the strategic goal of China’s development and it is an objective need and an inevitable choice for solving the major contradictions in the new era and also a well-off society and the basic way to realize a socialist modernization in China.To build a modernized economy,we need to raise total factor productivity and accelerate the building of an industrial system that promotes coordinated development of real economy with technological innovation,modern finance,human resources,and develop an economy with more effective market mechanisms,dynamic micro-mains,and sound macro-regulation.The measures to achieve this strategic goal are mainly to vigorously develop the real economy,accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,coordinate urban and rural coordinated development,actively promote regional coordinated development,focus on developing an open economy,and reform and improve the socialist market economic system.
