摘  要:某柴油机在标定点工作时涡轮箱进气口排气温度为763℃,要求增压器在此温度下能长期可靠工作。在考虑压气机端和涡轮端流场对轴承体进行热传递的情况下,运用CFD软件进行热流固耦合分析,得到非水冷轴承体与水冷轴承体浮动轴承温度场和涡端密封环处的温度,以评价增压器工作的可靠性,并通过试验验证数值仿真的准确性,为增压器冷却性能的进一步研究提供依据。The exhaust temperature of turbine inlet at rated point of diesel engine was 763℃and the turbocharger was required to work reliably for a long time at this temperature.Considering the heat transfer of compressor and turbine flow field to the bearing body,the thermal fluid-solid coupling analysis was conducted with CFD software to obtain the temperature field of floating bearing and the temperature at the vortex end seal ring for the non-water-cooled and water-cooled bearing body.Finally,the reliability of turbocharger could be evaluated and the accuracy of numerical simulation was verified through experiments,which provided the basis for further research on the cooling performance of turbocharger.
