摘　　要：[目的 /意义]研究型大学图书馆是研究型大学建设的重要组成部分,在新信息环境下如何建设研究型大学图书馆值得深入思考。[方法 /过程]认为研究型大学图书馆应该进行"发散循环式"建设,在"发散循环式"建设框架下,提出几个重点建设方向。[结果 /结论]研究型大学图书馆建设要适应新信息环境的特点,以科研为中心,以资源为基础,同时向资源、服务、平台、成果四个方面辐射,成为研究型大学的资源储备中心、情报服务中心、平台交流中心、成果转化中心,从而更好地为研究型大学的科研服务,同时也更好地服务社会。[Purpose/significance]Libraries of research universities are an important part of research university construction.So how to construct such libraries is worth reflecting on.[Method/process]The present article posits that libraries of research universities should be built in a divergent circulatory manner and suggests several directions in their construction.[Result/conclusion]Construction of research university libraries should be compatible with the new information environment.Taking scientific research as their major concern and resources as their basis,and radiating towards resources,service,platform and achievements,the libraries should become the center for resources,information service,platform communication and achievement transformation,thus serving the research of universities and society better.
