小儿治哮灵片辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的效果及对血清TGF-β、IgE和TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究小儿治哮灵片辅助治疗嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)患儿的效果,以及对血清转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平影响。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年10月笔者所在医院儿科病房CVA患儿50例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组25例予以孟鲁司特钠口服,观察组25例在对照组的基础上加服小儿治哮灵片,比较两组治疗效果,以及对血清TGF-β、IgE和TNF-α水平影响。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的64.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清IgE、TNF-α水平[(135.62±32.14)KU/L、(47.32±7.63)ng/L]显著低于对照组[(182.62±37.25)KU/L、(75.36±12.75)ng/L],观察组治疗后血清TGF-β[(76.12±11.52)pg/ml]水平显著高于对照组[(58.27±9.38)pg/ml],差异有统计学意义(t=0.000、0.000、0.000,P<0.05)。结论:小儿治哮灵片辅助治疗CVA临床效果良好,能够有效降低血清IgE、TNF-α,提升血清TGF-β含量,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the curative effect of adjunctive therapy with Xiaoerzhixiaoling Tablets on cough variant asthma(CVA)in children and its influence on serum transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)levels.Method:From October 2015 to October 2017,50 children with CVA treated in the pediatric ward were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to their treatment methods.Both groups were treated with oral Montelukast,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaoerzhixiaoling Tablets.Therapeutic effects and the influences on serum TGF-β,IgE and TNF-αlevels were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.00%vs 64.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum IgE and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(135.62±32.14)KU/L,(47.32±7.63)ng/L vs(182.62±37.25)KU/L,(75.36±12.75)ng/L],while the serum TGF-βlevel was significantly higher than that in the control group[(76.12±11.52)pg/ml vs(58.27±9.38)pg/ml](t=0.000,0.000,0.000,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of adjunctive therapy with Xiaoerzhixiaoling Tablets for CVA is good.It can effectively decrease levels of serum IgE and TNF-αand increase the serum TGF-βlevel.
