慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常患者给予胺碘酮结合美托洛尔治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常患者给予胺碘酮结合美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法:以笔者所在医院2015年8月-2016年9月收治的50例慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常患者为例,根据治疗方式,将其分为两组,即对照组与观察组,每组患者25例,其中,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上进行胺碘酮治疗,而观察组患者在常规治疗基础上采用胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合治疗。观察与分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:经研究发现,观察组患者治疗总有效率96%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者再住院率12%、心脏事件发生率4%和药物不良反应发生率8%,低于对照组的24%、16%、28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常患者,采用胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,且安全有效,应在临床上进行采用与推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Amiodarone combined with Metoprolol in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and ventricular arrhythmia.Method:A total of 50 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and ventricular arrhythmia admitted from August 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the mode of treatment,the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with Amiodarone on the basis of routine treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with Amiodarone combined with Metoprolol on the basis of conventional treatment.Two groups of patients with clinical treatment were observed and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group of was significantly higher than that in the control group(96%vs 80%).There was significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The rate of rehospitalization,the incidence of cardiac events and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group were 12%and 4%,respectively.The birth rate of 8%was lower than that of the control group(24%),the incidence of cardiac events was 16%and the adverse drug reaction was 28%.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and ventricular arrhythmia,the combination of Amiodarone and Metoprolol can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is safe and effective,and shall be adopted and promoted clinically.
