综合护理干预对激素冲击治疗系统性红斑性狼疮患者应用效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:对系统性红斑性狼疮(SLE)患者在予以激素冲击治疗的基础上行综合护理干预的效果进行研究。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年5月笔者所在医院收治的60例SLE患者,并随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例,对照组行传统护理,研究组行综合护理干预,对比两组患者的治疗依从性、感染发生率及护理满意度。结果:研究组SLE患者经综合护理方案干预的治疗依从率为93.3%、满意度86.7%,均高于对照组的73.0%、60.0%;研究组患者感染发生率10.0%,低于对照组的33.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对SLE患者在予以激素冲击治疗的基础上行综合护理干预的效果显著,可提高治疗依从性及护理满意度,降低感染发生率,值得在临床中推广实施。Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of hormone shock therapy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Method:Sixty patients with SLE admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group.Thirty patients in the control group underwent conventional nursing.The study group performed a comprehensive nursing intervention,the treatment compliance of the two groups of patients was compared.Incidence of infection and satisfaction with care were compared.Result:The treatment compliance rate of SLE patients in the study group was 93.3%and satisfaction was 86.7%,which was higher than 73.3%,and 60.0%of the control group,the incidence of infection in the study group was 10.0%.The incidence of infection in the control group was 33.3%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of basal-upstream comprehensive nursing intervention on hormone shock therapy in patients with SLE is significant.It can improve treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of infection.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
