摘 要:为了更科学的制定不同时间周期的排污许可限值,对常州市城镇污水处理厂的污染物排放波动进行研究。通过对不同时间周期的污染物排放最大值(日均最大值MDL、周均最大值AWL、月均最大值AML与长期平均值LTA)进行研究,分析常州市的排污现状;利用MDL、AWL、AML与LTA之间的比值β值来分析常州市污水处理厂的污染物排放波动特征。研究发现:常州市总体上能够达标排放,但仍然存在少量超标现象。污染物指标排放波动性大小顺序为CODCr浓度<排水流量<CODCr排放量<TP浓度<NH3-N浓度<NH3-N排放量。污染物的排放波动性与污水处理厂的排水规模密切相关。In order to scientifically set the limits of pollutant discharge in different time periods,the pollutant emission fluctuation of urban sewage treatment plants in Changzhou was studied.Through the study of pollutant emission maxima(MDL,AWL,AML and LTA)at different time periods,the status of sewage in Changzhou was analyzed.The ratio of MDL,AWL,AML and LTA was used to analyze the pollutant emission fluctuation characteristics of Changzhou sewage treatment plant.The results show that Changzhou can meet the standard discharge as a whole,but there is still a small amount exceeding the standard.The results showed that the order of pollutant emission fluctuation was COD Cr concentration<drainage flow<COD Cr emission<TP concentration<NH 3-N concentration<NH 3-N emissions.The discharge fluctuation of pollutants is closely related to the scale of wastewater treatment.
