摘  要:依据不确定型层次分析法原理,构造钢闸门评价体系层次及其区间数判断矩阵,结合专家群判、集值统计和重心决策理论求解各层次权重;结合前人相关研究成果、专家经验及现行规程规范之规定,利用概率统计和模糊综合评估理论,建立钢闸门综合评估和因素层评估指标的分级标准和评分机制,使钢闸门安全评估过程更具实操性,评价结果更具实用性。Basing on the UAHP principle,construct steel gate evaluation system and interval number judgment matrix,combine with expert group judgment method,Set-valued statistics and the center of Gravity decision theory,we will get the weight of all the structure of the Steel gate.the next,we will combine with previous research results、expert experience and the current rules and specifications,use statistics and fuzzy evaluation theory,the steel gate structure is divided into different classes,then establish comprehensive evaluation standard and scoring mechanism of steel gate;use the research results,the steel gate safety assessment process has more practical,the results will be more useful.
