摘　　要：质量检测是工程质量管理体系的重要组成部分,质量检测数据是反应工程建设质量的最直观的资料,是做好工程质量管理的重要手段和技术基础。浙江省水利工程质量检测行业存在单位数量少、质量检测员缺失以及队伍发展受制约、行业监管滞后等诸多问题。对此,从质量监督的角度指出了质量检测对水利工程建设的重要性,并以浙江省水利工程质量检测行业现状为基础,从检测单位市场、质量检测员数量、行业监管三个角度分析了检测行业面临的困难和挑战,探讨了浙江省水利工程质量检测行业发展对策和建议,提出了培育市场、加强标准培训、强化价格指导、建立智慧和信用检测平台等应对方案。Quality testing is the most important part of project quality management system,quality testing data is the most visualized information of engineering construction quality,and also the important means and technical basis of engineering quality management.Zhejiang Water Conservancy Project Quality Testing Industry has many problems such as few units,lacking in quality inspectors and limiting of team development,industry supervision lag etc.Hereto,the author points out the importance of quality testing of water conservancy project construction from the angle of quality supervision.On the basis of present situation of Zhejiang Water Conservancy Project Quality Testing Industry,analyzes the difficulties and challenges of testing industry from testing unit market,quality inspector quantity and industry supervision three points of view.Discusses the countermeasure and suggestion for industry development of Zhejiang water conservancy project quality testing,proposes solutions on cultivating market,strengthen the standard training,intensify price guidance,establish the wisdom and credit testing platform etc.
