摘　　要：为了规范住宅区光纤到户通信设施工程建设,详细论述了老旧住宅区通信网络现状,探讨了执行新的国家标准及融合其他业务的实施方案,并介绍了配线区的划分和设备配置方法,提出改进的配线方式,展望新的接入模式和系统制式。In order to standardize the communication engineering construction of FTTH in the residential area,it discusses the status of communications network in old residential area in detail,and explores the scheme to enforce the new national standards and integrate with other business.It introduces the wiring district classification and the equipment configuration method,and proposes improved method of wiring,prospectes the new access mode and system.
