摘　　要：介绍了在国内首获试验成功的区域空间应急通信系统架构,分析了以浮空平台为载体的传输网络组网的技术难点,描述了其高、低速链路协同工作的传输解决方案。为未来我国空间应急通信系统的传输组网提供了重要参考。It introduces the architecture of the first successful regional space emergency communication system in China,analyzes the technical difficulties of the transmission network networking based on the Aerostatics,and describes the technical solution with High speed traffic network and low speed signal network,which provides a significant reference for the future RSECS in China.
