摘  要:脾血管瘤影像学诊断标准为动态增强CT或动态增强磁共振T1加权成像病变延迟强化,检查时间较长,影响检查效率。磁共振增强T2液体衰减翻转恢复成像是一项评价血管瘤内部特征的新技术,但目前尚无诊断脾血管瘤的相关报道,现报道行增强液体衰减翻转恢复成像诊断脾血管瘤1例,有效减少扫描时间,为临床提供可参考经验。The diagnostic criteria of splenic hemangioma is the delayed filling enhancement pattern on the dynamic contrast CT imaging or magnetic resonance(MR)T1-weighted image,which requires long examination time and thus decreases the MR scanning efficiency.Contrast-enhanced T2 fluid-attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)imaging is a new MR imaging technique that can be used to evaluate the intrinsic characteristics of hemangioma.However,few literature has discribed its role in diagnosing splenic hemangioma.In this article we reported one case of splenic hemangioma diagnosed by contrast-enhanced T2 FLAIR imaging,which reduced the MR scanning time and provided valuable experience for the diagnosis of splenic hemangioma.
