摘  要:采用计算流体力学软件CFD,以自行设计的机械搅拌炉为研究对象,建立了碳化硅增强镁基复合材料的数学模型。从而对不同搅拌速度、搅拌时间及搅拌温度下Si Cp/AZ91组织特性进行分析。研究结果表明,一定的搅拌速度,对于碳化硅颗粒的分散性能是有益的的,但速度过快将会导致较大的液面起伏从而卷入大量的气相物质影响镁合金成品质量;搅拌时间同样影响Si Cp/AZ91的形貌,搅拌时间为3min时,由于时间过短Si C颗粒分布极不均匀,有大量团聚现象。当搅拌时间达到23min时碳化硅合理在镁液中的分散性最好,但继续延长搅拌时间对于颗粒分散性能无较大改善;因此搅拌速度为300r/min搅拌时间为23min时Si C颗粒宏观分布较均匀,液面起伏较小,成品中的气孔较少。A mathematical model of silicon carbide reinforced magnesium matrix composites was established by CFD software.The microstruc?ture characteristics of SiCp/AZ91 under different stirring speed,stirring time and stirring temperature were analyzed.The results show that a certain stirring speed is beneficial to the dispersing performance of SiC particles,but the high speed will lead to a large fluctuation of the liquid surface and involve a large amount of gas phase material to influent the quality of the magnesium alloy.The stirring time also affects the mor?phology of SiCp/AZ91.When the stirring time is 3min,the time is too short S.The distribution of iC particles is very uneven,and there is a large number of agglomeration phenomena.When the stirring time is up to 23min,the dispersion of silicon carbide in the magnesium solution is the best,but the continuous prolongation of the stirring time does not improve the particle dispersion.Therefore,when the stirring speed is 23min,the macro distribution of SiC particles is more uniform,the fluctuation of the liquid surface is smaller,and the pores in the products are less.
