摘  要:为改善辽河油田齐40块蒸汽驱开发后期的开发效果,利用罗氏泡沫仪评价了泡沫体系的耐温性、抗盐性、抗油性,通过一维填砂模型驱替实验确定最佳气液比、注入速度及注入方式,在物理模拟和数值模拟的基础上确定不同因素对热空气泡沫复合驱油体系的影响。研究表明:优选0.5%十二烷基二甲基羟基磺基甜菜碱+十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为发泡剂以及耐温性较强的亲水性二氧化硅作为泡沫体系的稳泡剂,该体系具有良好的耐温、抗盐和抗油性能;泡沫体系气液比的最佳应用范围为1∶1~2∶1;气液混注封堵效果优异,气液交替注入的频率越高,阻力因子越大,泡沫驱油效果越好,热空气泡沫复合驱油比单项蒸汽驱的驱油效率提高了7个百分点。研究认为,热空气泡沫复合驱油可有效改善蒸汽驱开发后期汽窜以及平面动用不均等问题,具有较好的应用前景。建议在低于地层破裂压力下,应尽量提高注入速度。In order to improve the development effects of Qi 40 Block in Liaohe Oilfield in the late stage of steam flooding,the temperature tolerance,salt resistance and oil resistance of foam systems were evaluated by virtue of Rockwell foam device.Then,the optimal gas/liquid ratio,injection rate and injection mode were determined by conducting one-dimension sand pack displacement experiments.Finally,the effects on hot air-foam combination flooding system were clarified based on physical simulation and numerical simulation.The following research results were obtained.First,the system which takes 0.5%dodecyl dimethyl hydroxysulfobetaine+cetyl trimethylammonium bromide as the foaming agent and hydrophilic silicon dioxide of strong temperature tolerance as the foam stabilizer of foam system is characterized by good temperature tolerance,salt resistance and oil resistance.Second,the optimal application range of its gas/liquid ratio is 1∶1-2∶1.Third,gas-liquid combination flooding is remarkable in blocking effects.The more frequent the gas-liquid alternating injection is,the higher the resistance factor is and the better the foam flooding effect is.The oil displacement efficiency of hot air-foam combination flooding is 7percentages higher than that of steam flooding.It is concluded that hot air-foam combination flooding can improve steam channeling and uneven areal production in the late stage of steam flooding,and presents the promising application prospect.It is recommended to increase the injection rate as much as possible when the pressure is lower than the formation fracture pressure.
