摘 要:针对准噶尔盆地陆梁油田陆9井区呼图壁河组多层系单砂体刻画难度大、低阻超薄油层识别难度大、水平井实施风险大等诸多开发难点,综合应用地质学、测井、油藏工程、地质建模、录井、水平井地质导向等多学科理论和技术,以砂层组为单元建立了低阻油层电性识别标准,刻画并落实了多层系超薄油层展布形态,结合数值模拟研究成果,确定了水平井开发部署参数,按照"新老直井分注+水平井采油"的方式进行了整体开发部署。通过超薄层水平井精细设计及实施优化,实现了水平井轨迹精确控制。在29个超薄层低阻油藏成功实施57口水平井,平均油层钻遇率达到90.4%,平均单井初期日产油为13.0 t/d,建成产能12.4×10~4t/a,取得了显著效果。该技术的成功实施可为同类油藏的开发提供技术参考。Hutubihe Formation in Lu-9 Block of the Luliang Oilfield,Junggar Basin,is characterized by challenges in depiction of single sand bodies in multiple layers,identification of ultra-thin low-resistance pay zones,and drilling of horizontal wells.Under such circumstances,geologic,logging,reservoir engineering,geological modeling,well logging,horizontal well geo-steering and other theories and technologies were used jointly to depict and clarify distribution of ultra-thin oil-bearing formations.During the course,standards for electric identification of low resistance pay zones have been established on bases of sandstone formations.With consideration to numerical simulation results,development programs involving horizontal wells have been produced.Generally speaking,principles of“existing and new vertical wells for injection+oil production through horizontal wells”shall be observed for preparation of the overall development program.Through delicate design and optimized implementation of horizontal wells for ultra-thin layer development,trajectories of horizontal wells can be controlled accurately.In total,57 horizontal wells were drilled successfully in 29 ultra-thin layers with low resistances.With average penetration rate of 90.4%and initial per-well production of 13.0 t/d on average,production capacity of 12.4×10 4t/a has been established with satisfactory performances.Successful implementation of the innovative technique may provide necessary technical supports for development of similar oil reservoirs.
