摘 要:为研究高强度钢材表面的点蚀损伤对钢材力学性能的影响,本文根据拉伸试验规范制作了NV-D36钢材试验试件,并依据法拉第电解定律,对试验试件实施了电化学加速腐蚀试验,得到了不同损伤程度的NV-D36钢材点蚀试件,而后对全部点蚀试件进行了单轴拉伸试验。拉伸试验表明:钢材的极限强度和延伸率随着点蚀损伤程度的增加呈退化趋势;钢材的屈服平台随着点蚀损伤程度的增加而逐渐消失。对试验数据回归得到了极限强度和延伸率的定量退化关系;此外,实施了带有点蚀损伤钢材伤试件的有限元分析,对比了试件点蚀周围应力分布的变化规律,得到了点蚀损伤导致的局部应力集中是引起钢材屈服平台消失和力学性能衰退的主要原因。To study the mechanical properties of corrosion-pitted high strength steels,several NV-D36 steel specimens were fabricated according to the ASTM tensile test standard.An electrochemical-accelerated corrosion test was carried out for the test specimens according to Faraday’s laws of electrolysis,and NV-D36 steel specimens with different pitting degrees were obtained.Then,a uniaxial tensile test was performed on all pitted specimens,which revealed that with an increase in pitting corrosion,the ultimate strength and elongation of the steel decreases and the yield platform of the steel gradually disappears.Therefore,a regression analysis of the test data was performed to obtain the quantitative degradation relationship between the ultimate strength and the elongation.In addition,the finite element analysis was carried out on the corrosion-pitted steel specimens,and the stress distribution variations around the pittings were compared.The steel yield platform disappearance and the degradation of mechanical properties are mainly due to the stress concentration caused by the pitting.
