摘 要:针对复杂通风网络矿井阻力较大、阻力分布不合理、风机工况位于非稳定工作区间等问题,采用增加并联回风联巷的方式,在风网解算的基础上对解算结果进行分析可知,在不改变矿井通风方式的条件下,增加合理的回风联巷,不仅成本低,而且降阻效果明显,还便于矿井的通风管理。以焦家寨煤矿复杂通风网络的降阻优化为例,通过增加合理的回风联巷,大大改善了矿井的通风状况,这为复杂通风网络矿井降阻提供了参考和借鉴。In the complex ventilation network,there are such problems such as large mine resistance,unreasonable resistance distribution,fan performance curve staying in the unstable working zone,etc.The way of paralleled adding return airway was used.The mine ventilation network was analyzed,and the results showed that under the conditions of unchanging mine ventilation way,adding reasonable return airways had lower production cost,obvious ventilation resistance reduction and convenient mine ventilation management.Taking the resistance-reduction and optimization of the ventilation network in Jiaojiazhai mine as an example,by adding reasonable return-airways,the situation of mine ventilation could be improved greatly.The conclusions could provide references for mine resistance-reduction of complex ventilation network.
