摘 要:为研究螺旋滚筒在多种因素影响下的装煤性能,以离散元理论为基础,对装煤过程中煤炭颗粒的运动及其接触动力学模型进行分析,基于煤样性质测试结果并结合莫尔-库伦理论,对煤壁中煤炭颗粒接触刚度及接触阻尼等相关参数进行设置,建立了螺旋滚筒与煤壁的离散元耦合模型。通过对煤炭颗粒质量进行统计,得到螺旋滚筒装煤率的变化规律。基于正交试验分析不同因素对滚筒装煤性能的影响权重,其中螺旋升角对装煤率的影响最大,滚筒转速对装煤率的影响最小。采用变升角叶片的螺旋滚筒,由于叶片在螺旋滚筒端部升角的增加,包络区域内颗粒更易流出,螺旋滚筒的输送能力能够大幅提高。研究结果为螺旋滚筒的结构优化及其装煤性能提高提供了一种新的方法和手段。In order to study the loading performance of spiral drum under the influence of multiple factors,the movement of coal particles and the dynamic model of discrete particle contact in the process of coal loading were analyzed based on discrete element theory.The contact stiffness and contact damping of coal particles in the coal wall were set up based on the test results of coal sample properties and Mohr-Kulun theory,and a discrete element coupling model of spiral roller and coal wall was established.The change law of the loading rate of the spiral drum was calculated through the statistics of the quality of the coal particles.The weight of the influence of different factors on the loading performance of the drum was analyzed by orthogonal tests.The helix angle had the greatest influence on the loading rate,while the speed of spiral drum had the least influence on the loading rate.With the increase of blade helix angle at the end of spiral drum,the particles in the envelope area got more easily to flow out,and the conveying capacity of the spiral drum was improved.The research results provided a new method and means for the optimization of the structure of the spiral drum and the improvement of its coal loading performance.
