摘 要:为提高微波功率模块集成电源的可靠性和工作寿命,对微波功率模块集成电源进行了热分析和热优化设计。首先建立整机的热仿真模型,进行热分析,得出整机的温度分布。其次进行了改变MOS管间距和采用外壳风冷散热的优化设计,优化后整机温度明显下降,热量分布更加均匀;最后研制了试验样机并进行测试。结果表明,通过热优化设计,散热性能与原始设计相比大幅提升,验证了热优化设计的合理性。To improve the reliability and the operation life of electronic power conditioner of microwave power module(MPM),a thermal analysis was presented and a thermal optimized design of electronic power conditioner of MPM was proposed.A thermal simulation model of the complete machine was built to obtain the temperature distribution.Then the distance of metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)tubes was changed,and the optimized design of shell with air cooling heat dissipation was adapted,thus the temperature of the complete machine decreased obviously and the distribution of heat got more even.Finally,an experimental proto was developed and tested.The results demonstrated a great increase of the capacity of heat dissipation in comparison with the original design,and verified the rationality of thermal optimization design.
