摘 要:旋转支撑座是多功能马铃薯运输车输送装置的重要承载机构,传统的设计改进是根据设计人员的经验进行。鉴于此,基于Solid Works和ANSYS建立机构有限元模型,并对支撑座进行静力仿真分析,在其基础上对支撑座利用多目标优化算法进行优化,通过减小板材厚度实现对旋转支撑座的设计改进,也为多功能马铃薯运输车其它部件的优化提供理论依据。The rotary support seat is an important multifunctional bearing mechanism and conveying device of potato transport vehicles.Traditional improvement design is based on the experience of the designer.In view of this,finite element model is established based on SolidWorks and ANSYS,and static simulation analysis is carried out to the support seat.On this basis,the optimization of the supporting seat is carried out by using multi-objective optimization algorithm.By reducing the plate thickness,improvement design of the rotary support seat is achieved,and a theoretical basis to optimize other components of multifunctional potato vehicles is provided.
