摘  要:研究了直拉杆的受力状态和受力特点,建立了符合直拉杆二力杆受力状态的有限元分析模型,运用有限元分析软件对折弯直拉杆进行线性静力分析。在此基础上,为研究折弯对直拉杆强度、刚度的影响,进一步进行了折弯直拉杆的几何非线性分析,从而更加准确地得到了具有折弯的直拉杆在受拉或受压时强度及变形量的变化情况,为以后直拉杆设计提供可靠的依据。The stress state and characteristic of drag link are studied in this paper.Besides,the finite element analysis model of stress state of drag link two-force bar is built and linear static analysis on bending drag link is carried out through finite element analysis software,based on which the geometric nonlinear analysis on bending drag link is further carried out to study the influence of bending on strength and rigidity of drag link,so that the change in strength and deformation quantity of bending drag link when pulled or stressed could be obtained more accurately and reliable basis for design of drag link in the future could also be provided.
