摘  要:针对当前低碳产品创新设计难以在设计早期识别进化潜力空间的不足,提出一种应用潜力分析与发明问题解决理论的产品低碳创新设计方法。构建功能—结构—特征的碳排放递归解算模型,并对低碳设计特征表达进行了研究。分析低碳产品演化需求类型及表达方式,基于环境化质量功能配置和粗糙集进行需求映射,通过进化潜力值提取低碳进化设计特征,并将其与发明问题解决理论创新法则、进化路线及设计知识相关联,给出产品低碳设计的进化方向和策略,从而支持面向产品更新换代的低碳设计。通过洗碗机产品的设计案例验证了所提方法的可行性。For the innovative solution issue of product evolution direction in the early stage of low carbon design,an innovative design method of low-carbon product was proposed with evolution potential and Theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)evolution theory.A recursive model of carbon emission algorithm based on function-structure-feature was constructed,and the characteristics of low carbon design were researched.Types and expression way of evolution requirements of low carbon products were analyzed,requirements mapping was driven by environmental quality function deployment and rough set,and the extraction of design features of low carbon evolution was identified with evolution potential value.TRIZ innovation principles,evolution route and design knowledge were related to the design features of low carbon evolution,and the evolution direction and strategy was given to support low carbon design of the updating and upgrading of products.The design case of dishwasher verified the feasibility of the proposed method.
