摘  要:以添加不同量的介孔ZSM-5分子筛的Al_2O_3为载体,MoO_3-CoO为金属活性组分,考察了介孔ZSM-5分子筛含量对催化剂的柴油加氢脱硫活性的影响。采用直馏柴油评价催化剂的加氢脱硫活性。结果表明,随着介孔分子筛ZSM-5含量的增加,催化剂的加氢脱硫活性先增加后降低,介孔分子筛ZSM-5加入量(w)为12%的催化剂C12-ZSM5的活性最高,说明向载体中添加介孔ZSM-5分子筛能够有效地提高催化剂的加氢脱硫活性。The effect of mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite on the hydrodesulfurization activity of MoO 3-CoO catalyst was investigated.Al 2O 3 with different content of mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite was used as supports.The straight-run diesel was used for hydrodesulfurization(HDS)evaluation.The results indicated that the HDS activity of the catalysts firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of the mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite.The catalyst with 12%mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite has the highest activity,higher than that of the catalyst without ZSM-5 and the catalyst with 12%non-mesoporous ZSM-5.The result indicated that the mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite greatly improves the HDS activity of the catalyst.
