摘　　要：文章系统搜集近5年国外用户在线健康信息行为领域的研究文献作为样本数据,利用双聚类分析对样本数据进行处理,揭示该领域的主要研究方向,在此基础上,采用文本编码的方式进一步归纳国外用户在线健康信息行为各研究方向下的研究主题。研究发现国外用户在线健康信息行为研究主要有四个研究方向:在线健康信息搜寻行为、在线健康素养教育、在线健康信息服务使用行为、在线健康信息交流行为。This article uses research literature on foreign users’online health information behavior in the past five years as sample data,and employs dual cluster analysis as a means of processing the sample data to reveal the main research directions in this field.On this basis,the authors use text coding to further summarize the research topics of online health information behavior of foreign users in various research directions.The research on foreign online health information behavior mainly includes online health information seeking behavior,online health literacy education,online health information service usage behavior and online health communication behavior.
