全民阅读语境下新加坡公共图书馆社区分馆的规划与建设

摘　　要：文章通过实地考察与网络调研,梳理新加坡社区分馆的发展脉络,分析新加坡社区分馆在贯彻全民阅读过程中的馆址规划、馆舍建设、馆藏建设和特色活动的情况。基于新加坡全民阅读语境下社区分馆的规划建设的经验,补充和扩展了现有的阅读推广理论。文章还结合我国社区分馆的发展现状,为我国在全民阅读推进过程中社区分馆的规划建设提出了建议。Based on filed work and network investigation,this paper makes a survey of the development of community libraries in Singapore under the background of national reading,focusing on their sites,buildings,collections and special activities.It could not only contribute to the innovation of current theories on reading promotion,but also provide suggestions for the future planning and construction of Chinese community libraries,the improvement of Chinese public library service system,and Chinese libraries’effective participation in the promotion of national reading as well.
