摘 要:对云南某沉积型低品位铝土矿进行了详细工艺矿物学研究,查明了该矿石的主要矿物组成及矿物含量、粒度分布特征及共生关系。本试验通过NaOH调浆,不添加任何抑制剂,采用铝土矿新型捕收剂H_2,在不脱泥条件下浮选得到铝土矿精矿,达到提铝降硅的试验目的。对于A/S 4.18的低品位原矿,浮选闭路试验可获得精矿含Al_2O_3品位52.73%、SiO_2品位6.23%,A/S 8.46,Al_2O_3回收率80.11%的良好工艺指标。The process mineralogy study was conducted in detail on a sedimentary low-grade bauxite deposit in Yunnan Province.The main mineral composition,mineral content,grain size distribution and symbiotic relationship of the ore were ascertained.The experiment was conducted by mixing the slurry with NaOH,without adding any inhibitors,and a new collector H2 of bauxite ore was used to obtain bauxite concentrates without flotation and achieve the purpose of aluminum extraction and silicon reduction.For the low-grade ore with A/S 4.18,closed-circuit flotation test can be used to obtain the concentrates with good technical indicators as Al2O3 52.73%,SiO2 6.23%,A/S 8.46 and Al2O3 recovery 80.11%.
