用电解铝液生产Φ605mm7075铝合金圆铸锭的热顶铸造工艺实践

摘　　要：介绍了电解铝液的特点,分析了7075铝合金的特点和熔铸难点。优化了7075铝合金的化学成分、固液比、装炉顺序、电解铝液的预处理和转注方式,研究探讨了用电解铝液直接配料生产Φ605mm7075铝合金圆铸锭的熔炼工艺、炉内精炼方法、晶粒细化剂添加方法以及熔体在线净化处理方法,通过选择合理的热顶铸造方法、铸造工艺参数以及消除应力集中的方法,生产出了表面质量和内在质量优良的Φ605mm7075铝合金圆铸锭。The characteristics of aluminum liquid was introduced,and the characteristics of 7075 aluminum alloy and melting and casting difficulties were analyzed,then the chemical compositions of 7075 aluminum alloy,solid-liquid ratio,charging order,pretreatment and transferring mode of aluminum liquid were optimized.The melting process,refining method inside the holding furnace,the adding method of grain refinement as well as the in-line purification method of 7075 aluminum alloy melt were studied.The large-size 7075 aluminum alloy round ingot with a good surface and internal quality was produced by selecting reasonable hot top casting method,casting process parameters,and the method for eliminating stress concentration.
