摘  要:为研究高温对不锈钢方管柱的影响,本试验以高温条件,长径比以及壁厚作为参数对不锈钢方管柱的力学性能进行了研究。通过试验得到了试件的失效模式、荷载—位移曲线以及荷载—应变曲线,并分析了高温、壁厚以及长径比对试件极限承载力、刚度以及延性的影响。研究结果表明:高温对试件的失效模式无明显影响,但会降低试件的极限承载力;高温后,壁厚较大的试件的延性会提高,而壁厚较小的试件的延性会降低;试件的极限承载力以及延性会随着壁厚的增加而提高。此外,本文还采用数值分析的方法对整个试验过程进行了模拟,通过与试验结果的对比,可以发现该有限元模型能够很好地对高温后不锈钢方管柱失效模式进行预测。The elevated temperatures,ratio of length to diameter and wall thickness were set as the parameters in the test to investigate the mechanical behaviors of square stainless steel columns.The failure modes,ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility were presented.The effects of temperatures,ratio of length to diameter and wall thickness on the failure modes,ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of the square stainless steel columns were studied.The results indicate that elevated temperature had no effect on the failure modes.The ultimate bearing capacity decreases after the square stainless steel columns exposed to elevated temperature.After being exposed to elevated temperature,the ductility of the square stainless steel columns with thick walls increases,but the ductility of the columns with thinner walls decreases.The ultimate bearing capacity and the ductility of the square stainless steel columns increase with the thickness.Besides,numerical analysis is proposed to simulate the test process,which testifies the validity of the model to forecast the failure mode of square stainless steel columns.
