摘  要:采用正交试验对PVA(聚乙烯醇)纤维再生混凝土的物理力学性能进行进一步的研究,考察了水胶比、粉煤灰替代率(质量分数)、再生粗骨料替代率(质量分数)、PVA纤维掺量(体积分数)四种因素对PVA纤维再生混凝土抗压及劈拉强度的影响。试验结果表明:水胶比是影响PVA纤维再生混凝土抗压及劈拉强度的主要因素,再生粗骨料替代率为30%、50%、70%时,其抗压及劈拉强度均低于替代率为0的强度,PVA纤维掺量为0.1%时可以有效的提高抗压及劈拉强度。The physical and mechanical properties of PVA(polyvinyl alcohol)fiber recycled concrete are studied by the orthogonal test.The effects of water-binder ratio,replacement rate of fly ash(mass fraction),replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate(mass fraction)and PVA fiber content(volume fraction)on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of PVA fiber recycled concrete are explored.The results show that the ratio of water-binder is the main factor that affects the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the recycled concrete with PVA fiber.Whats more,when the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate are 30%,50%and 70%,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength are both lower than the strength with the replacement rate of 0.When the content of PVA fiber is 0.1%,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength can be effectively improved.
