钢丝网砂浆复合秸秆屋面板制备及试验研究

摘　　要：为有效利用北方农村大量废弃的稻草等秸秆资源制备钢丝网砂浆复合秸秆屋面板,在稻草板上下两侧设置直径3 mm、网格尺寸为60 mm×60 mm的冷拔低碳钢丝网,并在上下冷拔低碳钢丝网片间设置竖向拉结玄武岩短棒固定,竖向拉结玄武岩短棒,间距为120 mm。在钢丝网上喷射水泥砂浆后,外挂耐碱网格布薄抹灰饰面,使耐碱网格布薄抹灰砂浆与水平钢丝网砂浆以及稻草板协同工作。通过加载试验结果表明,钢丝网砂浆复合秸秆屋面板承受的最大弯矩可达6.67 k N·m,变形及承载能力均可满足工程应用的要求。In view of the large amount of straw resources in northern rural areas,straw and steel wire mesh mortar is used to prepare composite straw roof panels.Steel wire meshes with the diameter of 3 mm and grid size of 60 mm×60 mm are set on both sides of the straw panel.The pulling short basalt bar is fixed vertically between the upper and lower steel wire meshes,and its spacing is 120 mm.After the cement mortar is sprayed on the steel wire net,the thin plastering is hung outside the grid.The loading test results show that the maximum bending moment of the roof panel is up to 6.67 kNm,and its bearing capacity meets the requirements of engineering.
