摘 要:为研究立杆初弯曲对满堂扣件式钢管支撑架稳定承载力的影响,采用随机缺陷模态法引入立杆的初弯曲。以某一扣件式满堂支撑架为例,考察立杆初弯曲方向角和幅值随机变量对满堂扣件式钢管支撑架的影响,进而提出基于拉丁超立方抽样的改进随机缺陷模态法。采用上述方法,分别分析了不同缺陷最大幅值、样本数量和直角扣件抗扭刚度情况下,立杆初弯曲对满堂扣件式钢管支撑架稳定承载力的影响。结果表明:随着缺陷最大幅值的增大,立杆初弯曲将更为显著地降低结构的承载力,立杆的初弯曲对满堂扣件式钢管支撑架稳定承载力的影响不可忽略;采用拉丁超立方法对满堂支撑架进行稳定分析时,样本数量应不少于立杆根数的两倍;直角扣件抗扭刚度越大,立杆初弯曲对满堂扣件式钢管支撑架的影响更为显著。In order to study the effect of initial curvature of upright tubes on the stability bearing capacity of fastener steel tube full house supports(FTFS),the random imperfection mode method is proposed,and the initial curvature of uprights tubes of FTFS is introduced.Taking a typical FTFS as an example,the influence of direction angle and amplitude random variables of the initial curvature on the stability bearing capacity was investigated.Furthermore,based on Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS),the improved random imperfection mode method is established.Then,the stability bearing capacity affected by the initial curvature is investigated under different parametric conditions.These parameters include the maximum amplitudes of initial curvature,the sample number of random defect and the torsional stiffness of right-angle couplers.The results show that the stability bearing capacity of FTFS decreases obviously with the maximum amplitudes of initial curvature for upright tubes,the influence of initial curvature of upright tubes cannot be neglected;in the LHS technique,the sample number of random defect should be not less than two times of the sum of upright tubes;the influence of initial curvature of upright tubes on FTFS increases with the torsional stiffness of right-angle couplers.
