福建白区党组织的经费问题研究——兼论中国革命农村包围城市道路

摘　　要：创建时间不长又处于秘密状态的福建白区共产党组织,经费来源非常有限,主要依靠中央津贴。因中央自身经费困难加上交通受阻,福建党组织的经费经常入不敷出,依靠借贷解决,严重影响了革命活动的开展和组织的发展及安全。这反映出党领导革命斗争的艰辛,共产党人艰苦奋斗的历程和革命胜利的来之不易,也证明了中国革命的经济基础在农村,农村包围城市,武装夺取政权才是中国革命的正确道路。For the party organizations in the White Area of Fujian,which have not been built for a long time and were in a secret state,the sources of funding were very limited,mainly relying on central subsidies.Because of the frequent difficulties of the central government and the obstruction of traffic?the funds of the party organizations in Fujian often fail to make ends meet,and the loan solution has seriously affected the development and security of the revolutionary activities and organizations.The paper will give us a comprehensive understanding of the party s difficulties in leading the revolutionary struggle,and let us recognize the hard struggle of the Communists and the hard won of the revolution.It has also proved that the economic base of the Chinese revolution was in the countryside,and that the rural encircling the cities was the right way for the Chinese revolution.
