摘　　要：安源是中国近代工人运动的摇篮与策源地,也是中国共产党群团工作的重要历史起点。在持续近十年的安源工运期间,中共以工人俱乐部、青年团、少先队、妇女职业部、园艺工会、农会等群团组织为纽带,引领团结广大安源群众,不但取得了"绝无而仅有"的政治罢工胜利,而且还成功地实施了文化宣传、工人教育、工资改良、劳资协调、移风易俗等社会建设事业,从而使安源地区社会面貌焕然一新,安源也一度被誉为"中共的小莫斯科"。红色安源是中共早期群团组织的重要起源地与群团工作的重要开创地,其间形成的许多群团工作经验与传统对后来的中共群团工作具有深远历史影响。Anyuan is not only the cradle and source of the modern Chinese workers^movement;but also an important historical starting point for the Communist Party of Chinas mass work.During the ten years of the Anyuan work,the Communist Party of China links the workers club,Youth League,young pioneers,womens professional department,horticultural trade unions and peasant associations to unite the masses of Anyuan.It has not only achieved the unique victory of the political strike,but also successfully implemented the social construction,such as cultural propaganda,workers^education,wage improvement,coordination of labor and capital,and the change of customs and customs.Thus,the social outlook of the Anyuan region was completely new.Anyuan was once known as"the small Moscow of the Chinese Communist Party".The red Anyuan was the important origin of the early Communist Party organization and the group work in the early Communist Party of China.Many group work experience and tradition have far-reaching historical influence on the group work of the later Communist groups.
