摘 要:目的探讨阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群及肺功能的影响。方法肺炎支原体肺炎患儿112例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各56例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合使用孟鲁司特钠4~5 mg,po,qd,连续14 d,检测并比较两组的免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群及肺功能指标。结果治疗后,两组患者的Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、CD+8水平均显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8均升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的第1秒最大呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和最大呼气峰流速值(PEF)均升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.64%,80.36%(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠可有效改善肺炎支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能及肺功能,临床疗效较好。Objective To investigate the effect of azithromycin combined with montelukast on immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subsets and lung function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Totally 112 children were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group(n=56).The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the treatment group was treated with 4-5 mg of montelukast sodium on the basis of the treatment in the control group for continuous 14 days,po,qd.The immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subsets and lung function indexes of the two groups were detected and compared.Results After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and CD+8 in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and CD+8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD+3,CD+4,CD+8,CD+4/CD+8 in two groups were elevated,and CD+3,CD+4,CD+8,CD+4/CD+8 levels of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the FEV1,FVC,PEF of two groups were elevated,and FEV1,FVC,PEF levels of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 94.64%and 80.36%respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with montelukast can effectively improve immune function and lung function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and its clinical efficacy is good.
