摘 要:以31个尾叶桉(Eucalyptus urophylla)无性系为材料,采用2因素(水分、养分)3水平完全随机区组设计,对水肥胁迫3个月、6个月和9个月的尾叶桉苗木树高、地径、冠幅和SPAD值进行分析。研究结果表明:尾叶桉不同性状在不同水肥处理下差异显著,表明水分、养分和水分与养分互作会影响生长性状和SPAD值。生长性状和SPAD值大多数呈显著或极显著正相关,无性系间叶片SPAD值、树高、地径、冠幅均有显著差异(P<0.05),说明不同无性系具有不同的抗性能力。通过对树高、地径、冠幅和SPAD基因型值进行综合评价,筛选出7个表现优良的无性系分别为29、18、20、27、30、21和25,可在生产上推广应用。In this study,we selected 31 clones as materials by using a randomized complete block design according two factors and three levels.The height,diameter,crown and SPAD values of Eucalyptus urophylla seedlings were under water and fertilizer stress for 3 months,6 months and 9 months were analyzed.The results showed that different characters of E.urophylla were significantly different under different water and nutrient treatments,indicating that the interaction of water,nutrients and water and nutrients interaction could affect the growth traits and SPAD value.Most of the growth traits and SPAD value were significant positive correlation,and the SPAD value,tree height,ground diameter and crown width of the clones were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that different clones have different resistance ability.Therefore,seven excellent clones,29,18,20,27,30,21 and 25 can be selected based on height,ground diameter,crown and SPAD values in production.
