预防剖宫产下肢深静脉血栓的围产期护理方式研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨预防剖宫产下肢深静脉血栓的围产期护理方式。方法:将2016年3月-2018年5月90例剖宫产产妇随机数字表法分组,对照组施行常规化护理干预,实验组应用预防性护理干预。比较两组剖宫产产妇对护理服务满意度;住院的平均时间、对下肢深静脉血栓形成的认知、下肢深静脉血栓预防措施的配合度;护理前后产妇焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分、生活质量评分;下肢深静脉血栓等剖宫产并发症发生率。结果:实验组剖宫产产妇对护理服务满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组住院的平均时间、对下肢深静脉血栓形成的认知、下肢深静脉血栓预防措施的配合度优于对照组,P<0.05;护理前两组焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分、生活质量评分相近,P>0.05;护理后实验组焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分、生活质量评分优于对照组,P<0.05。实验组下肢深静脉血栓等剖宫产并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:预防性护理干预在剖宫产护理中的应用效果确切,可减少产妇焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪,提高产妇对下肢深静脉血栓形成的认知和护理配合度,降低下肢深静脉血栓形成风险,减轻不良情绪,产妇对护理服务满意度高。Objective:To explore the perinatal nursing methods for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in cesarean section.Methods:From March 2016 to May 2018,90 cases of cesarean section random maternity table were divided into groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The experimental group applied preventive nursing intervention.To compare the satisfaction of nursing care services between the two groups of cesarean section mothers;the average time of hospitalization,cognition of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,and the coordination of preventive measures for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities;scores of prenatal and postnatal anxiety scales and scores of depressive scales,Quality of life score;Lower limb deep vein thrombosis and other cesarean section complications.Results:Satisfaction satisfaction of cesarean section mothers in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average length of stay in the experimental group,the recognition of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,and the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities were better In the control group,P<0.05;Before treatment,the scores of anxiety scale,depression scale,and quality of life score were similar,P>0.05;after the nursing,the anxiety score,depression scale,and quality of life score of the experimental group were better than the control group.Group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications such as deep venous thrombosis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of preventive nursing intervention in cesarean section nursing is definite,which can reduce maternal anxiety and depression,increase maternal awareness and nursing coordination of deep vein thrombosis,and reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities.To alleviate negative emotions,maternal satisfaction with care services is high.
