摘 要:为了分析非晶电机铁心磁特性及其对开关磁阻电动机性能影响,分别用叠块法和冲片法试制了800W,35000r/min高速开关磁阻电动机用非晶定子铁心并测试其磁特性,将具有非晶叠块定子铁心的电机静态性能和负载运行性能与硅钢电机做了对比测试。结果表明,非晶合金铁心具有高磁导率、低损耗特性,但受材料性能及加工过程影响,其饱和磁密及叠压系数均低于硅钢铁心。非晶铁心可提高开关磁阻电动机在高频下的相电感峰值,并显著降低电机在高速运转条件下铁心损耗及温升。该研究结果可为高效、高速非晶开关磁阻电动机设计和优化提供参考。Two amorphous stator cores were fabricated with lamination and punching process and the amorphous lamination core was assembled to an 800 W,35 000 r/min high speed switched reluctance motor,which was tested in static and load running compared with the motor with silicon steel cores.Results show that the amorphous cores had the properties of higher permeability and lower core loss,but lower saturated flux density and stacking factor than the silicon core.The amorphous core increased the peak value of motor phase inductance,reduced motor temperature rising,especially in the high frequencies,high speed conditions.Results can be used for the optimization and performance improvement of high speed switched reluctance motor.
