摘 要:与钕铁硼永磁同步电机相比,钕铁硼永磁磁阻同步电机磁钢用量明显减少,性价比上升;与铁氧体永磁辅助磁阻同步电机相比,钕铁硼永磁磁阻同步电机转子铁心制造成本有所下降,电机可靠性提高。重点分析了钕铁硼永磁磁阻同步电机的2种典型转子结构,讨论转子结构参数对电机性能和转矩能力的影响,并与钕铁硼永磁同步电机进行了比较分析。仿真数据表明,钕铁硼永磁磁阻同步电机的磁阻转矩利用用率增加,磁钢用量减少,电机性价比提高。仿真数据表明,钕铁硼永磁磁阻同步电机磁阻转矩利用率增加,磁钢用量减少,电机性价比提高。Compared with NdFeB permanent magnet synchronous motor,the amount of permanent magnets in NdFeB permanent magnet reluctance synchronous motor is significantly reduced and has a price advantage at the same performance.Compared with ferrite permanent magnet assisted reluctance synchronous motor,the manufacturing cost of rotor core with NdFeB permanent magnet synchronous motor is relatively low and the reliability of the machine was improved.Two typical rotor structures of NdFeB permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor were analyzed.The influences of rotor structure parameters on the performance of the motor and the torque capability were discussed,and the results were compared with that of the NdFeB permanent magnet synchronous motor.The simulation results show that the utilization ration of reluctance torque of NdFeB permanent magnet reluctance synchronous motor is increased,the amount of magnet steel is reduced,and the performance-price ratio of the motor is improved.
