快速康复理念下梗阻性结肠癌一期切除吻合的护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析快速康复干预理念下OCC切除吻合手术的护理体会。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月本院肛肠外科治疗的59例OCC患者分析护理体会,将59例分为FR组31例,RS组28例;用快速康复医学理念指导FR组切除吻合手术护理,RS组切除吻合术护理方法为常规外科手术护理。结果 RS组CARES-SF量表各维度评分均明显高于FR组,FR组康复效果较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FR组远处转移、局部复发、并发症与死亡率均显著低于RS组,FR组预后较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用快速康复干预理念指导手术护理,可改善OCC患者康复情况、预后效果。Objective To analyze the nursing experience of OCC resection and anastomosis under the concept of rapid rehabilitation intervention.Methods Fifty-nine patients with OCC who underwent anorectal surgery in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were enrolled in this study.Fifty-nine patients were divided into 31 cases in the FR group and 28 in the RS group.FR group resection and anastomosis were guided by the concept of rapid rehabilitation medicine.Surgical care,RS group resection and anastomosis nursing method is routine surgical care.Results The scores of each dimension of the CARES-SF scale in the RS group were significantly higher than those in the FR group.The FR group had a good recovery effect(P<0.05);distant metastasis,local recurrence,complications and mortality in the FR group.All of them were significantly lower than those of RS group,and the FR group had a better prognosis.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the concept of rapid rehabilitation intervention to guide surgical care can improve the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with OCC.
